- There are no restrictions on the number of exchange transactions. You can conduct as many exchange transactions as you like within your MC Pay crypto portfolio.
Withdrawal from MC Pay crypto wallets
You can withdraw money from MC Pay crypto wallets to other crypto wallets. The commission is 1%.
The daily withdrawal limit is an amount equivalent to $50,000.
If you plan to withdraw an amount equivalent to $20,000 or more in one transaction, please notify the manager about this three days before the transaction. The transaction processing time will take longer than usual.
How to add funds to MC Pay crypto wallets
Funds can be added to MC Pay crypto wallets from an internal MC Pay account and from external sources.
Adding funds to a crypto wallet from an internal MC Pay account
There are two ways to fund a crypto wallet from an internal MC Pay account.
First way
- Go to the Balance page in MC Pay and click on the “Withdraw” button;
- Select “MC Pay crypto wallets”;
- Select the currency of receipt, specify the amount and click "Add funds".
Second way
- On the Balance page, go to the Crypto Wallets tab;
- Open the crypto wallet you want to fund;
- Click on the “Add funds” button and select "Adding funds from the MC Pay account";
- Fill out the form and click "Add funds".
Adding funds to crypto wallets from external sources
In order to fund an MC Pay crypto wallet from external sources, you need to know the address of your crypto wallet.
How to find out the address of your MC Pay crypto wallet
- Go to the crypto wallet you need;
- Click “Add funds”;
- Select "Adding funds from another crypto wallet".
A window will open containing the address of your crypto wallet.
What is the total balance of a crypto portfolio
It is the amount of all the money in all your MC Pay crypto wallets, expressed in USD.
This amount is recalculated every 15 minutes, as cryptocurrency rates are constantly changing. Refresh the page to find out the current amount.
How to close crypto wallets
There is no way to close crypto wallets in MC Pay. But since the maintenance of crypto wallets is free, you can just ignore this tab.
If you wish to return to using MC Pay crypto wallets, they will be waiting for you at the same place.
