VidIQ Pro is a browser extension created specifically for YouTubers. It helps you get a lot of data for your channel, optimize your videos and gain more views. Mediacube partners use VidIQ Pro for free. After installing the extension, the YouTube page shows all the collected statistics. The tool analyzes your channel and suggests options to optimize your video.
VidIQ Pro allows you to track video statistics online, monitor competitors' activity, choose the right metadata for your videos, analyze the statistics of any video on YouTube, and even find out what day or time your audience is most active: the optimal time to publish your video depends on it. VidIQ also shows you how high a video ranks in YouTube searches for a particular query.
There are several types of VidIQ subscription: Basic (free for all introductory version with minimal features), Pro (paid for all, but not for you, Medicube partner) and Boost (also paid with advanced features). Pro-version is optimal for YouTube creators. It has all the most important features: tag recommendations for videos, distribution of tags by popularity, analyzing statistics of your target audience activity at different times, etc. You can learn more about all three versions here. To get access to VidIQ Pro, you need to go to the Services section in your personal MC Pay account and click on the corresponding button or follow the direct link vidiq.com.
Enter your e-mail and add your YouTube channel.
Make sure you only have 1 user added.
You can check the availability of the Pro version in the Account settings under Plans.
If you have created an account in VidIQ before, you don't need to re-register. Just make sure that you have only 1 channel and 1 user added to your profile.
VidIQ Pro is an advanced version of the plugin, it offers a more comfortable environment for working with videos.
Search Companion
Companion displays lists of the most relevant keywords and the keywords that are most frequently searched for.
It also shows a list of popular videos matching that search query.
Video's History
VidIQ Pro allows us to find out how a video went viral, and what its viewing history is. Looking at graphs like this, you can see the growth of the video and whether there were sharp spikes in views.
Don't forget to install the VidIQ extension in your Chrome browser to utilize it in your channel's Creative Studio and on YouTube in general. When you install the VidIQ extension in your browser (Chrome or Mozilla Firefox), you get access to channel statistics.
