Registration of a legal entity in MC Pay
Registration of a legal entity in MC Pay

There are 2 types of accounts in MC Pay: personal and company profiles. A personal profile belongs to an individual, and a company profile belongs to a legal entity. Therefore, if you need to withdraw money to the details of a legal entity, a company profile is your option.


If you already have a personal profile, contact the manager or Support to change your personal profile to a company profile and pass its verification.


Please note!

Changing your personal profile to a company profile is irreversible — you won't be able to change it back.


How to pass verification?

Fill in the legal details

1.Enter your company name;

2. Enter the details of the company director;


If the personal profile was already registered with the director’s details, check that they are correct.


If the registration was for another person, replace their details with the full name of the company director.



3.Provide company details: registration number, taxpayer number, registration/actual location address of the organization.


Confirm company registration

1.Upload scans or photos of the following documents or equivalent ones in the country of your company's registration:

— Certificate of state registration;

— Document confirming the identity of the director;

— Certificate of directors, order and/or minutes of the meeting on the appointment of the director;

— A document confirming the company's address, if it is not indicated in the documents above.


2.Scans or photos must meet the following requirements:

— Original document only;

— The edges of the document are clearly visible, there are no foreign objects in the frame;

— Good quality photo, no flash and with readable text.


Checking documents

We will check the documents and send a notification or email to the address specified in your profile. If the photos are of poor quality or you need to clarify the data, we will write about this in more detail in the feedback sent. In this case, you will need to upload additional documents or photos. After successfully completing all the steps, you will be able to manage your money.
