About transfers
What are transfers within MC Pay?
These are transfers between MC Pay users. Unfortunately, you cannot send money to legal entities. Information about completed transfers (invoices) can be viewed in the app, in the list of your transactions, and then you can instantly download this information in the desired language.
What is important for sending a transfer?
- Confirmed email
- Passed KYC verification
- Set up two-factor authentication (2FA)
- The user is not a legal entity.
- The feature is available to individuals and sole proprietors
Fees for transfers
Regular transfers
Transfer fee within MC Pay is p2p_percent.
Transfer of Expresses
If you want to transfer Expresses, the fee for using them will be added to the transfer amount. For example, you have the option to receive Expresses with a 9.9% fee. You want to send 100 Expresses to a friend — a fee will be added to this amount for the transfer and 109.9 Expresses will be deducted from your balance.

How to make a transfer?
Click on the «Transfer» button and enter the number of the desired user;
A window will open for entering the amount you want to transfer. You can optionally add a comment for this transfer. Below the form, you will see the amount to be deducted and the transaction fee.
On the responsibility of the parties and the return of transfers
Check the data carefully — the MC Pay team is not responsible for mistaken transfers. Money sent by mistake can only be sent back by the recipient. We do not act as intermediaries and cannot influence the actions of recipients or senders.
