The account number is a unique combination of 16 digits that is assigned to the account of each MC Pay user.

The number can be transferred to other people — it does not provide access to transactions with the account.

What is the account number used for?

The account number must be specified when sending money to other users within MC Pay, so that the money reaches the correct recipient.

Where to find the account number?

There is only one way to find out another user's account number — by asking them about it in person. But what if they don't know how to find this number or you are also wondering about this? Let's figure it out:

In the details for transfer

The account number can be found in the Adding funds to the account via Transfer:

1. Go to the Balance card and click on the «Add Funds» button;

2. The «Adding funds to internal account» window will open.

Click «Request from another MC Pay user»;

3. A window will open with your transfer details: account number and link for transferring funds. Click on the icons in the right corner to copy this data to the clipboard. When another user follows the link, they only need to enter the transfer amount, all other details of your account will be filled in automatically.
