- Go to the «Crypto wallets» tab in the «Balance» section in MC Pay;
- Read the License Agreement. If you agree with its terms, check the box at the bottom;
- Upload the necessary documents to confirm the address;
- Click «Open crypto wallets».

What is the total balance of a crypto portfolio?
This is the sum of all the money in your MC Pay crypto wallets, already converted to Bitcoin. The sum is recalculated every 15 minutes, as cryptocurrency rates are constantly changing. If you want to know your current balance at the moment, refresh the page.
How to add funds to MC Pay crypto wallet?
You can add funds to your crypto wallets in MC Pay from the internal MC Pay account or other crypto wallets.
Adding funds to your crypto wallet from your internal MC Pay account
From the internal MC Pay account, you can add funds to crypto wallets in two ways:
First way
1.Go to the «Balance« page in MC Pay and click on the «Withdraw» button;
2.Select «MC Pay crypto wallets»;
3.Select the currency to receive, enter the amount and click «Add funds».
Second way
1.On the «Balance» page, go to the «Crypto wallets» tab;
2.Open the MC Pay crypto wallet you want to add funds to;
3.Click on the «Add funds»button and select «Adding funds from MC Pay account»;
Adding funds to crypto wallets in MC Pay from other crypto wallets
To add funds to your MC Pay crypto wallet from other crypto wallets, you need to know its address. Here's how to do find it out:
1.Go to the MC Pay crypto wallet you need;
2.Click «Add funds»;
3.Select «Adding funds from another crypto wallet»;
4.A window will open with the address of your crypto wallet, you can copy it right away by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner.
Cryptocurrency exchange
Currency exchange between crypto wallets in MC Pay — without fees and restrictions on the number of transactions. You can conduct as many as you like within your MC Pay crypto portfolio.
Withdrawal to external crypto wallets
Withdrawal fee is 1%;
The daily withdrawal limit is an amount equivalent to $50,000.
Withdrawal to bank accounts in EUR
Withdrawal fee is 3%;
The limit for one transaction is an amount equivalent to from 10 EUR to 5,000 EUR.
Withdrawal to bank cards in EUR
Withdrawal fee is 1.5%,but not less than 6 EUR after conversion;
The limit for one transaction is an amount equivalent to 15 EUR.
If you plan to withdraw an amount equivalent to $20,000 or more in one transaction, please notify your manager 3 days in advance. The processing time for such a transaction may take longer than usual due to additional checks for transaction security.
