What is this?

In the details you will learn everything about the transaction you select: fees, conversion rate, and other important things. Details are available for any withdrawal transaction.

How to see details?

Select the desired method of withdrawal, enter the desired amount — the «Details» button will appear in the lower right corner. Click on it.

The details of this transaction will open.

It will show how the amount of the deduction is calculated: how much Funds, Expresses (optional) were used, the fee in the selected payment method, as well as what the currency conversion rate was at the time of the payment request, and other details.

Please note that the amounts to be deducted and to be sent may not always be the same!

This is because the amount sent will be identical to your request, but the amount deducted will be higher because fees will be added to it.

Types of fees 

Withdrawal fee 

This is the fee for the selected payment method. You can view it in one of the two ways:

1. In the description of the payment method

Select the desired payment method and click on the «About the method» tab.

The fee amount in the withdrawal currency will be indicated in the «Fee» section.

2. In the transaction details

Fee for using Expresses

This fee is only applied if you want to withdraw an amount greater than what is currently available in the Funds. Then the missing part of the amount will be added from Expresses and shown in the details in a separate line.

The deduction share to pay off Expresses will depend on the selected tariff.

How can I see the fee for Expresses?

Open the main page, click on the «Expresses» block, and then on the «Switch» button.

The Expresses settings window will open — in it you will see the current fee and your selected tariff. Tariffs can be switched.

How to withdraw money without Expresses?

Simply enter a withdrawal amount that does not exceed the number of your Funds.

You can see the number of available Funds in the «Balance» block on the main page.
